BSO Gives Back Sweepstakes
Celebrate 20 Years with Maestra Everett – Enter to Win Amazing Prizes!
This season marks Maestra Everett's 20th year with the Bemidji Symphony Orchestra, and we want to celebrate with you! To show our appreciation, we're hosting a special sweepstakes—and every donation gives you a chance to win one of four fantastic prizes.
How it Works:
- Donate HERE between December 1, 2024, and February 16, 2025, and you'll be entered into a random drawing for one of four exciting prizes.
- For every $25 you donate, you'll receive 1 entry (e.g., donate $200 and get 8 entries or make 5 donations of $5 for a single entry).
- If you become a sustaining donor (recurring monthly donations), you'll earn an entry for each monthly gift during this period.
- No donation? No problem! You can enter the sweepstakes without donating by signing up for our mailing and email list. (See entry details below.)
- The random drawing will occur on February 17th.
Our goal is to raise $20,000 to support the BSO's work, which includes producing concerts of the highest artistic quality and creating programs that reach the community and youth. Each concert we provide can cost the BSO an average of $25,000-$30,000. That's $175,000-$210,000 per season! Your donations help make that possible!

Sweepstakes Rules:
- Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Minnesota, 18 or older.
- Entry with Donation: For every $25 donated, you'll receive one entry. Monthly sustaining donors earn an entry for each monthly donation during the sweepstakes period.
- Entry without Donation: Sign up for our mailing and email list by emailing, texting, or mailing us your name, email, phone number, and home address. You may submit one entry per day (via email, text, or mail).
- Odds of Winning: Odds depend on the total number of entries received. A donation will not increase your chances of winning.
- Prize Details: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. BSO may use the winner's name for promotional purposes.
Important Notes:
- All entries must be received by February 16, 2025 at 11:59pm.
- Winners will be chosen randomly on February 17th and notified by email or phone. Random selection will be supervised by a third party.
- Winners have 14 days to claim their prize; if not claimed, a new winner will be drawn.
- BSO reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding prizes.
